The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau just launched Ask CFPB , a new interactive online tool that will help consumers find answers to their basic financial questions, at ConsumerFinance.gov/askcfpb.

Using this tool, consumers can find answers by searching a term or by navigating by category (like “Credit Card” or “Mortgage”) or topic (like “fees” or “closing”). Users can rate an Ask CFPB answer “Helpful,” “Too Long,” “Confusing,” or “Incorrect.” They can also submit a question for consideration to be included on Ask CFPB. The CFPB will manage users’ feedback and question submissions to improve the information they provide to consumers.

The CFPB is eager to get your help building out their database of questions and answers. What are your questions? How can they improve their answers?
